Boxes upon boxes of fresh flowers lined the hallway at the American Cancer Society's Hampton Township office on Tuesday, marking the return of the organization's Daffodil Days fundraiser.
The fundraiser is held across Bay, Midland and Saginaw counties. Daffodils are sold through presales and day-of sales across the three counties with many delivered anonymously to cancer patients in area hospitals and treatment centers.
Midland County's orders were sorted and filled at Northwood University's student center.
Hall said that daffodils are available for $10 per bundle, $15 for flowers and a vase and $25 for a "Gift of Hope" anonymous delivery to a cancer patient.
